Points Definition
A point is specific a place or location on a plane. Usually point is represented by a dot. It means the point does not have any shape or size, length and height.

Types of Points :-
There are two types of points, which is given below:
1.Collinear Points and Non-Collinear Points:-
(a) Collinear Points: Three or more points are said to be collinear points if they lie on a single straight line. For example, you have eggs in a carton; each egg in one row is a collinear point.
(b) In Non-Collinear Point we can not draw a single straight line that passes through all these points.
2.Coplanar Points and Non-Coplanar Points:-
(a) Coplanar Points:Two or more points are declared to be coplanar if they lie on the same plane.
(b) Non- Coplanar Points: Two or more points are declared to be non-coplanar if they do not lie on the same plane.
